Extra Beds, Cots, High Chairs etc

These can normally be provided in most hotel for a charge - Please enquire at time of booking. A few of our hotel can be over - occupied but only when checked with your holiday advisor in advance and the relevant extra bed fee paid for. If a property is over-occupied and we are unaware of the matter prior to departure we reserve the right to request additional persons leave the property and also made a charge to the inventory deposit.

Special Requests

Any special request should be put in writing to us and whilst we will make every effort to adhere to your requests, we cannot guarantee that we will always be successful. At the time of booking please advise our reservations staff of any special requirement.

Maid Services

Bed linen and towels are provided with all hotel and the property will be prepared for your arrival.

Passport/VISA Requirements

A full 10-year passport valid for at least six months after your return travel date is required for all persons traveling to all the destinations we feature.

Payment

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax (62 361 730 947). Your credit cards will be debited 1 (one) night room charge as guarantee or deposit of your booking, (the deposit is non refundable). The rest of the payment can be settled at the hotel upon departure. For booking crossing the night 31 December, total amount on date 31 December will be charged as non refundable deposit.

Cancellation or No-Show/All Seasons

Any cancellation or No Show will be subjected to fee equal to one night room charge.

Early Departure

Early departure / check-out earlier than the booking schedule 1 (one) night room charge will be applied.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Pelangi Bali hotel, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali . We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
